Our director of operations, for many years director of a very successful facility such as the Plumeria Luxury Guest House. Nimad is our local Partner in Maldives. Our eyes and arms in place. He oversees management opportunities research and is the one who will be entrusted with the operational responsibility of on-site management and coordination of human resources. He is also in charge of cost budgets and works closely with the commercial and revenue management for positioning strategies and on and offline distribution.
Mr. Marco Innocenti
Marco is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of HTMS International. He deals mainly with the leisure market as this is where he has a deep and extensive knowledge. He holds an unrivalled network of acquaintances due to many years of constantly attending trade fairs and events. He has a talent for Personal Relations work can be observed daily through his role that sees him continuously working as a business and relationship "facilitator".
Mr. Emanuele Nasti
Emanuele bring to the company experience as a hotel and resorts manager including 2 years spent in the Maldives as GM of Holiday Club Maldives, belonging Club Vacanze, managing Boduhithi, Kudahithi, Gangehi, KudaRah and the Silvester Boat. He became HTMS partner since 2004 and today he is responsible for the company management, as GM. He deals with the administration and managing HR, strategic plans and special projects. Mr. Nicola Tamborrino
If HTMS can boast an unrivalled knowledge of the international tour operator market, Nicola is undoubtedly one of the best known and most appreciated salesmen in the travel agency market, particularly in the north-east of Italy. In the last few years Nicola has also been very active in the Maldives and is directly involved both in the management of Canopus and in the marketing of GHS, a project of which he is the creator and co-founder with HTMS. - Nicola also successfully manages his own little receptive jewel in one of the most beautiful places in Puglia: Tambo House.

Currently General Manager and majority shareholder of DMC BRAVO TRAVEL in Turkey, Birhan is our gateway to a market with extraordinary potential like Turkey but not only. In his current role, Birhan has gained enormous expertise in the management of major tourist flows and also in the Aviation segment. Moreover, as a frequent visitor to all major trade fairs around the world, he brings with him personal and business relationships with the most important global tourism players.
